Inconsiderate staff and guests
The show was very good, but the experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. We had a decent side aisle, table for 2 seating; however, servers and guest blocked our view about 40% of the time. Guests getting up from their seat and walking around on our side and speaking to others all while their butts were directly in our faces. At times, their butts were way too close for comfort. Servers would stand directly in our view for several minutes as guests held them with their table requests. They need to be aware that people are directly behind them and maybe kneel down to take orders during the show; or move table for 2 seating to a different area. In addition, our server Danny took our cash payment, said thank you and walked away VERY quickly without asking if we needed change. Luckily, I paid the exact amount, which included his tip. Had I needed change, I wouldn’t have received my change. Needless to say, unless we have more people in our party, we will never come back to the Birchmere. It’s sad, this may have been our first and last visit to that venue.
